My philosophy is simple. Educate the customers, and they will come. As owner and “chief optimist” I have a few basic rules:

-- I will remove the mystery. Education is essential in order to make an informed choice.
-- Asking questions is encouraged.
-- Quality is important, price is always factor. We will satisfy both demands.
-- We have a relaxed atmosphere. If you want fancy chandeliers, and mall lighting, go to my competitors.
-- I manufacture and repair. I am a jeweler, not a salesman. We treat our customers as adults. If you want
a “sales pitch”, go to my competitors.
